You hear your bbrother calling for help. Go in shooting. The bad guys ride in on meat hooks. Then a door opens in back - shoot the guys down the hallway as you move along. More hook riding guys will appear on the right. There will be lots of weapojns to choose from. Work down to the doorway on left.

Grab the health on the wall if you need it. You see guys in blocks of ice on the hooks too. Lovely. A bit further down you see 3 guys at the end by a green triangle. Go to it.
