Words at Work
Most people have no idea of the power of their words. Did you know that you can find peace or turmoil just by speaking certain things out of your mouth? Life and death lies in the power of your own tongue.
The things that come out of your mouth are the same things that are in your heart manifesting from a thought into a reality. If you were to do a faith check, what would you find?
Genesis 6:8 tells us that Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. According to Christian belief, grace is the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings. There are so many Christians that live in distress every day. Grace is free. There is no reason to live a life filled with worry and doubt.
There is nothing that a believer can do to cancel the blessings of God. Ephesians 2:8-9 tells us the following: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. All it takes is for a believer to put faith to work.
Once you know the promises of God, there is no reason to have doubt in your heart. Speak the promises of God. You will begin to tackle your situations in a different way. Your confidence will begin to grow.
2 Corinthians 12:9 An he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. The Lord cannot tell a lie or even stretch the truth as some of us would say. He said to you, my grace is sufficient. His grace is enough for any situation. When you are weak, he makes you strong.
Speak the Word with boldness. Apply it to your life. The bible is the instruction book of life. There is no situation under the sun that is new to this world. Begin to speak life instead of death. Speak to your situation and demand it to change. You have dominion. All things work together for your good. Nothing is too hard for God.
Who wouldn’t want a gift from God? It is free. It does not cost you anything. Are you ready to see changes in your life? If you would like to receive this gift just say: Lord Jesus, come into my life. Forgive me of my sin. I make you my Lord and savior. If you have said these words, then you have just received the gift from God. Ask him to fill you with his spirit then thank him for it.
