You meet various monsters in the underground. So the SE is Voorsha, who wants you to deal with a gehreleth. Youmeet Ghrist, from Caceri, who wants to eat the deva. He admits he wants to kill Voorsha too, so you kill him. Now Voorsha is annoyed with you because he doesn't want to give you the reward, and you have to kill him as well.

A hermit to the northwest offers both a resting spot and healing. Be sure to use him often to keep your party healthy. You find in the northeast Nupperibo, black abashai and lemures in pits. Tek'elachdo is a cornugon - a greater baatezu. You're still a Godsman at this point, so he respects you because of your work on his weapon. You get a Ring of Fallen Stars here.

Head west to the prison entrance. You pick off Curst guards. Head left and then south to find Trias, the deva. He says Morte smells of Baator. He needs his blade, "Celestrial Fire", and he gives you the key to the place it's kept. Be prepared, this will be a fight.

Head far west, and you find anyone you tossed into prison down here, plus TONS of guards. Fight your way through all of the guards, into the center to get the blade. There are reminder notes to Elsion about trigger plates, use Annah to find those. Cassius, brother to Xekiel, has the sword. You can match up with him with strength, wits, or speed. I was very high in intelligence so I chose wits. If you're interested, the riddles were:
